Notice: Town of Bayfield Plan Commission Sub-Committee Vacancies
The Town of Bayfield is seeking several town residents interested in serving on various Plan Commission sub-committees that are being developed related to carrying out the goals and objectives of the town’s Comprehensive Plan as well as other tasks as determined by the Plan Commission and Town Board. The sub-committees will be addressing issues including: Infrastructure, Community Services, and Facilities; Housing; Natural, Historic, and Agricultural Resources; Coastal Resources; Economic Development; and Land Use. Sub-committee members must be willing to attend monthly meetings. Computer and email skills and experience with the online platform Zoom are beneficial but not necessary. Those interested in one of these un-paid positions are encouraged to submit a letter, with a brief description of your background and skills, by one of the following means: mail to Town of Bayfield, 85450 County Hwy J, Bayfield, WI 54814, email to [email protected], or by drop box located at the Bayfield Town Hall. Individuals will be appointed to sub-committees starting immediately and continuing until all positions are filled. Meetings will be scheduled to start as soon as possible.
